Acceptance of Terms

Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restrictions
The 890bd platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by, or use of the platform by, any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited. This restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. 890bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age of the account holder cannot be satisfactorily verified.

890bd employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that fail to complete age verification within the specified timeframe may have deposits, withdrawals, and betting activities restricted until verification is successfully completed.

Account Registration and Security
To access the full functionality of the 890bd platform — including deposits, betting, live casino play, and bonus participation — you must register a single personal account via the 890bd Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address or phone number.
One account per player. Each individual may register only one account on the 890bd platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 890bd uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals will be forfeited.
Account Verification (KYC)
890bd is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage during your use of the platform:
- A government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
- Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing your registered mobile number).
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period specified in the verification request may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until documentation is received and processed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 890bd Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 890bd will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your full password. Any communication claiming to be from 890bd and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 890bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 890bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although 890bd reserves the right to implement transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 890bd account within 30 to 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 890bd does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are your responsibility.
You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods — including accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 890bd reserves the right to return the funds to the source and suspend the account pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
890bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's internal compliance monitoring. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required to complete the review.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.

Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
890bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds — including the original bonus amount and any winnings generated from it — are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before any winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and will be clearly stated in the offer details displayed at the time of claiming the bonus.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (including roulette, blackjack, and baccarat) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets placed with bonus funds must typically carry minimum odds of 1.50 or greater to contribute to the wagering requirement. Bonus Abuse and Misuse
890bd reserves the right to withdraw, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing hedged bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit a low-risk mathematical strategy that circumvents the spirit of the wagering requirement.
Where bonus abuse is identified, 890bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all associated balances, and permanently ban the player from future promotional offers.
Promotional Changes and Cancellations
890bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including promotions that are currently active. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed the associated bonus, the bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be removed from the account. 890bd will endeavour to give reasonable notice of promotion cancellations where practicable, but is not obligated to do so.
Section 6
Gameplay and Betting Rules
All casino games available on the 890bd platform are supplied by independent third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games operate on independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, on physical dealing conducted by trained dealers in regulated studio environments.
890bd acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for the underlying game software or its integrity. In the event of a malfunction of any game — including but not limited to software errors, server failures, disconnections, or display errors — all affected game rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account balance. 890bd's decision on game malfunction outcomes is final.
Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on the 890bd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question, as published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 890bd will rely on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, or the BCB for Bangladesh domestic competitions). The time at which a bet is accepted and confirmed — not the time at which it is placed — constitutes the commencement of the betting contract.
890bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on information that was not publicly available at the time of placement, including non-public team selection information, injury information, or match-fixing arrangements. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of your bet. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager.
Account Balance and Transaction Disputes
In the event of a discrepancy between the balance displayed in your account and the amount you believe should be present, you must notify 890bd's support team within 72 hours of the discrepancy arising. 890bd's internal transaction logs constitute the authoritative record of all account activity. Claims made more than 72 hours after the alleged discrepancy may not be investigated.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 890bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the 890bd platform. In serious cases, 890bd may report the conduct to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and dishonesty: Any attempt to deceive 890bd or other players, including the use of fraudulent payment methods, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of any material fact.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including chip-dumping in poker formats.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit features of the 890bd platform.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between 890bd and other platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit across multiple accounts or platforms.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit transaction without first contacting 890bd's support team to attempt resolution. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent transactions and will result in immediate account closure.
- Money laundering: Using the 890bd platform for any purpose related to money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or cycling funds through the platform to obscure their origin.
- Multiple account abuse: Registering or operating more than one account on the 890bd platform simultaneously, or registering a new account following a permanent ban.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 890bd staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
890bd takes a zero-tolerance approach to prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, the following actions may be taken, individually or in combination: immediate account suspension; permanent account closure; forfeiture of all real-money and bonus balances; withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation; reporting to financial crime authorities or law enforcement agencies; civil or criminal legal proceedings where applicable under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
Either party — the Player or 890bd — may close a player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your 890bd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before an account is closed at a player's request, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon written request, subject to identity re-verification and a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including if you feel that gambling is becoming a problem — 890bd can apply a self-exclusion that prevents your account from being reopened for a defined period or permanently. Suspension or Closure by 890bd
890bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; the account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; the account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or financing of illegal activity; or 890bd is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
In the event of closure by 890bd following a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, the platform reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including any pending withdrawals, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is identified following investigation, any withheld funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 890bd will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered email address or phone number before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Dormant accounts may be reactivated by contacting the 890bd support team and completing identity re-verification.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to international online gaming platforms operating in the jurisdiction in which 890bd is registered. In the event of a dispute between a player and 890bd that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process, the matter will be referred to the platform's internal dispute resolution team. 890bd's decision on disputes, following a full internal review, is final. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection law.
